Saham Bank Masih Simpan Potensi Penguatan
Pada perdagangan Senin (3/1) sesi pertama, sektor finansial terpantau terkoreksi 0,52% ke 464,2. Saham-saham perbankan seperti Bank Mandiri (BMRI) anjlok 1,5% ke Rp6.400, Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI) melemah 0,6% ke Rp3.850, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI) turun 0,9% ke Rp10.600, dan Bank Tabungan Negara (BBTN) jatuh 1,8% ke Rp1.670.
Kendati terkoreksi, CLSA Securities melihat beberapa saham perbankan masih berpotensi membukukan penguatan lebih lanjut. Seperti BMRI dan BBNI, yang memiliki valuasi terendah di bawah rata-rata valuasi perbankan Indonesia.“Selain itu right issue kedua bank ini akan membuat kedua bank lebih mudah melakukan ekspansi kredit,” katanya kepada INILAH.COM.
Seperti diketahui, BBNI awal Desember lalu baru saja menggelar penawaran umum saham terbatas (right issue) sebanyak 2,54 miliar lembar saham. Dari aksi korporasi ini, perseroan berhasil mengantongi dana segar mencapai Rp 741 miliar.
Selain itu, BBNI juga akan mengakuisisi sebuah bank untuk meningkatkan ekspansi kreditnya ke sektor mikro. Perseroan juga diuntungkan keringanan pajak yang lebih rendah 5%, akibat kenaikan saham publik menjadi 4%.
Sedangkan BMRI berencana melakukan rights issue pada kuartal pertama atau dua pada 2011, dengan pelepasan saham sebanyak 2,3 miliar unit. Rencana rights issue bernominal Rp500 itu akan ditawarkan pada harga Rp4.000-6.150 per saham, sehingga potensi dana segar dapat mencapai Rp9,3 triliun hingga Rp14,4 triliun.
Penambahan CAR ini untuk meningkatkan daya ekspansi. Adapun rasio kecukupan modal sektor perbankan hingga kuartal ketiga 2010 mencapai 18,6%, lebih tinggi dari 2009 di level 17,4%.
Senada dengan pengamat pasar modal Teguh Rahmadani yang menilai, saham BMRI dan BBNI masih menarik dicermati, terkait rencana aksi korporasi perseroan,”Seperti penerbitan saham baru atau rights issue Bank Mandiri," ujarnya.
Sementara Kepala Riset Bhakti Securities Edwin Sebayang mengatakan, saham-saham yang memiliki fokus pada kredit sektor mikro, dengan jaringan luas dan tersebar di seluruh Indonesia berpotensi melanjutkan penguatan tahun ini. “Pilihannya adalah BBRI, BMRI, BBNI, dan BBTN,” katanya.
Misalkan saja BBRI, saham dengan kapitalisasi terbesar di sektor perbankan, dimana 30% kapitalisasi IHSG dipegang sektor ini. Sebagai bank dengan portofolio kredit terbesar dan meraih laba besar terbesar di Indonesia, perseroan berencana mengeluarkan obligasi subdebt guna mempertahankan posisi CAR sebesar Rp 3 triliun dan menurunkan pembayaran dividen menjadi maksimal 30%.
Edwin menambahkan, naiknya peningkatan kredit modal kerja mengindikasikan peningkatan bisnis di sektor riil. Namun, sektor ini rentan terhadap kenaikan suku bunga perbankan. Seiring dengan pemulihan ekonomi global dan peningkatan ekspektasi inflasi, Bank Indonesia diperkirakan akan mulai merevisi BI Rate.
Apalagi inflasi Desember 2010 tertacat cukup tinggi mencapai 0,92%. Alhasil, total inflasi Januari-Desember 2010 nyaris mencapai 7% atau 6,96%, sementara inflasi year on year 6,96%. “Tingginya inflasi ini sangat mempengaruhi kebijakan suku bunga acuan BI,” tutupnya

Situs web Nintendo mengatakan mata anak di bawah umur 6 tahun belum berkembang secara maksimal, pemakaian kacamata 3D akan menghambat perkembangannya. Nintendo menyarankan orang tua menonaktifkan fungsi 3D dan berganti ke mode 2D.

Awal Tahun, Bursa Asia Naik Beruntun Terlama

Saya berasumsi,kenapa hanya BEI yang tidak disebutkan dalam tulisan ini.Saya binggung dan wajar,karena saat ini di indonesia sedang marak-maraknya dengan tim kesayangannya yaitu INDONESIA,hampir di seluruh Indonesia membicarakan tim kesebelasannya.Sehingga tidak adanya pertumbuhan ekonomi yang menjorok ke tingkat yang di butuhkan masyarakat pada saat ini.Dan satu lagi hampir di setiap stasiun televisi menayangkan tim kesebelasannya yang tidak dapat memicu pertumbuhan ekonomi itu sendiri.Padahal saya masih ingat betul dengan masalah mafia pajak yang belum tuntas hingga saat ini.Mungkin hanya itu saya bisa berpendapat.
